ABOUT US
Leaders2Be aims at developing a new generation of socially responsible leaders. We take part of the ongoing change towards a sustainable world by working with the leaders of the future. We help students, young professionals and starting entrepreneurs in developing their purpose, competencies and role in society, while inspiring them to embrace people centered leadership for increased social responsibility, sustainability and performance.
Leaders2Be was created in 2009 in the Netherlands in direct cooperation with the Hay Group (our global partner), after realizing that so many students, young professionals and entrepreneurs had limited access to advanced personal and leadership development. In 2010 we opened our first office abroad, in Portugal, where we are expanding our activities.
