We offer training and coaching programs to students, young professionals and starting entrepreneurs to address their particular challenges. These challenges can include defining a life purpose, choosing a career direction, interacting effectively with others, having an impact or managing a team.

While addressing these challenges, our programs incorporate a message around the importance of people centered leadership for sustainability and performance.

Our experienced and diverse international team offers training and coaching programs that make a difference. We combine art, science, creativity and personal focus to create an impact. In addition, through our global partners, we are able to offer state-of-the-art instruments and knowledge about leadership and competencies.

TiasNimbas

Leaders2Be offers a complete Leadership and Personal Development Program to more than 130 MBA and Master level students of this renowned internatinal Business School. The program includes individual and team coaching as well as several workshops on leadership, emotional intelligence and team dynamics. We make use of the Career Leader test to help assess the students´level of skill development throughout the year.

BancoBic

Leaders2Be is responsible for the BancoBic Leadership Academy. A program developed for Angolan University students that aims at inspiring them for sustainable leadership while developing their competencies for increased professional success. This leadership academy is an important vehicle for the social responsibility message of BancoBic and a commitment to the investment in the future leaders of Angola. The program is also supported by Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Cascais municipality

Leaders2Be is directly involved in the organization of the 2011 edition of the Estoril Conferences. The conference main theme is “Global Challenges, Local Answers” and it brings world leaders to Estoril to debate solutions for the current global challenges, including the development of a new leadership paradigm. The conference is in direct relation to the mission of Leaders2Be and provides a tremendous opportunity to reinforce our message. We are also involved in the preparation of the Estoril Conferences Academy.

Incubo

Leaders2Be has supported Incubo (an incubator in Arcos de Valdevez, Portugal) in a program for starting entrepreneurs, including the practice of presentation skills and the development of a personal brand.

Universidade Nova de Lisboa

Leaders2Be is responsbile for the career coaching program for the 2010/2011 students of the CEMS Master in International Management (MIM) of Universidade Nova de Lisboa. MIM has been raked Nr. 1 in the Financial Times MsC rankings.
